原材料中的结晶水对多孔性PTC陶瓷性能的影响

The influence of crystal water in raw materials on properties of porous PTC ceramics

针对原材料有机酸金属盐草酸氧钛钡中结晶水含量的不同,文中研究了对多孔性PTC陶瓷的性能的影响;同时,通过分析以结晶水含量不同的两种同类盐为主原料制备的多孔性PTC陶瓷的性能,提出了多孔性PTC陶瓷的不同特性分别取决于陶瓷中的大晶粒和小晶粒的新观点。

The influence of crystal water in raw materials, that is Barium Titanate Oxalate, on prop- erties of porous PTC ceramics is studied. By analysing the properties of porous PTC ceramics prepared from the two different compounds containing crystal water, a viewpoint is presented that two different compounds have two different effects on properties in block of porous PTC ceramics.
