摘要 采用内层剥除和腐蚀相结合的方法测定25高炮身管高膛压区残余应力沿壁厚的分布,试验结果表明:在身管内膛表层存在较高的拉应力,对裂纹扩展起促进作用,这是一个不利的因素。 This paper describes that distribution of residual stress along wall thickness of high bore pressure area of barrel of a antiaircraft gun is measured by means of peeling off inside layer combining with corrosion. The experimental results show that there is hegher tensile stress in bore surface, this promotes cracks extension.
