县域公路网规划的理论与方法

Research on the Theory and Method of Highway Network Planning in a County Region

在分析县域公路网规划特点的基础上,本文研究了路网的道路与交通特征参数,提出了县城路网布局优化的最优树原理和路网质量评价的模糊综合评判方法,建立了路网等级结构优化模式。论述了定性定量相结合、模型计算与专家经验相协调的预测、线路技术等级配置及建设序列安排等问题的处理方法,从而使县域公路网规划理论系统完整,方法科学简便,实用性强,便于推广应用。

Based on analysing the highway planning characteristics in a county region, this paper proposes an optimum tree principle for optimizing lay-out of road and a fuzzy method for e- valuating quality of the network, through investigatings its road and traffic parameters, es- tablishes an optimization model of class composition, and, through combining qualitaive analysis with quantitative and harmonizing model calculation with expert experience, ex- pounds the treatment to the problems such as forecasting, line class disposing, construction sequence arranging and so on, thereby making the theory of highway planning in county re- gion systematic and complete, the method with strong usability scientific and simple, and thus convenient to be utilized and popularized.
