摘要
本文直接以分离滑套位移s作为变量参数,用解析法导出f与s的关系曲线,符合主离合器工作的实际动作过程,与传统的分析计算方法相比,大大提高了计算精度。绘出的f—s关系曲线和主离合器工作特性曲线避免了传统分析计算方法的“倒置”现象。
This paper derives the functional relation between the load exerted an the clutch disk and the displacement of clutch release sleeves by using analytical method which is in accor- dance with the practical action process of the master clutch. The research has raised the c(?) culation accuracy geatly compared to the traditional analysis and calculation method. T(?) ~s relation curve and the characteristics curve of the master clutch are present, and the in- version is avoided which happens in traditional method.
