摘要
在机械加工中,一批零件加工质量的好坏,可以通过统计分析,计算出误差的大小,以评价加工质量的高低。而在统计分析中,常会出现一些异常现象。本文结合具体事例,采用计算机分析、解释引起异常的原因,继而采取妥善的方法限制、消除这些不稳定因素,提高工件的加工质量。
About machine-work, the quality of product may be given by statistical analysis and the calculating of its error. In the way of statistical analysis, some abnormal phenomena often e- merge. This paper, to combine a concrete instance by computer, analyses and explains the cause of the abnormal phenomena. Then, an appropriate way is present to control and elimi- nate the unsteady factors for improving the quality of products.
