运动技术的掌握有其独特的形式,在大脑启动后意识控制较少的情况下,神经-肌肉活动的“惯性”构成了肌肉记忆的一种特性,它们的程序化、自动化有助于更有效地完成动作。
The way of mastering sport skills has its characteristic.After the brain begins to work and under less control of consciousness,the inertia of nervous-muscular activities forms the property of muscular memory,and the automatic and programmed nervous-muscu- lar activities make the accomplishment of sport movement more efficient.
