摘要
简要阐述了温敏性微凝胶―聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺微凝胶的合成技术、性能、表征方法及应用等方面的研究进展。首先概括了微凝胶形成机理与稳定机制;其次,总结了微凝胶常用的合成方法:无皂乳液聚合法(SFEP)和乳液聚合法(EP),并讨论了不同的合成条件对制备过程的影响;之后,简单叙述了不同的环境因素对微凝胶性能的影响,以及微凝胶在生物、化学、医学等领域的应用。
The progress on the synthetic technology, properties, characteristic methods and application of Temperature- Sensitive microgel of poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) has been briefly reviewed. Firstly, the principle of the microgel formation and stabilization has been appraised. Secondly, the commonly used synthetic method of the microgel has been summarized, that is, the microgel was conveniently prepared by Surfactant-Free Emulsion Polymerization (SFEP) and Emulsion Polymerization (EP), in which the effect of different synthesis conditions on preparing the microgel was discussed as well. Later, the influence of different environment factors on the properties of the microgel and the microgel application in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, medical science etc. has been commented.
