摘要 本文利用能量极小原理,采用三维分析方法,综合地考虑了瓦块力变形、热变形及油膜离心力等因素对大型水轮发电机组推力轴承性能的影响,采用等精度法处理并对轴承进行了性能计算.计算结果表明,油膜离心力和瓦块热弹变形对轴承性能有较大影响. A method of numerical analysis of the effects of oil film centrifugal force and pad thermo-elastic deformation on large thrust bearing of hydro-electric generating set is presented in this paper, and three dimensional energy equation is adopted. Pad thermal and elastic deformation is calculated by Ritz's variation method. The results show that the centrifugal force and pad deformation have a great effect on the side leakage flow, frictional force, the maximum oil film temperature and the minimum oil film thickness, in which the effects of centrifugal force on the flow rate of outside circumference are large, and deformation of pad is in the same order of magnitude with the minimum oil film thickness. Hence, there will be a great difference in calculation if centrifugal force and pad deformation are not inculuded. Since there are several equations to be solved simultaneously and the iterative loops are large, minimum deformation energy theory is used in calculating pad deformation to reduce compution time. By using equal accuracy method in iteration, computer time is saved effectively. As an example of the method, some features of the solution for large thrust bearing of a power station are presented.
