摘要
结合二维全息谱技术进一步分析了径向摩擦故障对转子振动的影响,给出了新的诊断转子径向摩擦故障的典型诊断信息,解决了正确区分径向摩擦故障和其它转子故障的问题,使转子径向摩擦故障极易识别.实验结果和理论分析能很好的吻合,实际应用效果良好.
In this paper the influence of the radial rubbing between rotating and stationary parts on the rotor vibration is analyzed by means of the two-dimensional-holospectrum. The new characteristic information to diagnose the rotor radial rubbing is provided. The problem to differentiate correctly the radial rubbing fault from the other faults of rotors is solved satisfactorily. The adopted technique makes it easy to identify the rotor radial rubbing. The results of experiments coincide with the analysis very well and their application has achieved quite good effect.
