摘要
该文介绍一种研究金属材料机械性能的新型试验方法——微型剪切试验方法在焊接技术中的应用.该方法简单、省料、试验数据重现性好,尤其适用于定量测定不均匀材料各狭窄区域的性能参数或性能梯度.该文着重研究用微型剪切法评定CO_2焊接接头各区域性能,并将有关试验结果与常规Charpy冲击试验结果相比较.对上述两种方法的试验结果经过回归处理,表明剪切强度与Charpy冲击功之间有较好的对应关系.试验结果初步认为,可以通过微型剪切试验测定材料剪切强度来估算材料的冲击韧性.
A new type of testing method to study mechanical properties of metallic materials and its application in welding engineering are investigated in this paper. The testing method has many outstanding advantages which are the simple test procedure, saving material and better repeatability of experimental data. Especially, it is appropriate to measure the mechanical parameters or property gradient in each narrow zone of hetergeneous material. The propreties in each zone of CO_2 arc welded joint were evaluated emphatically by means of Mico-Shear test and the experimental results were compared with those of general charpy impact test. For these results of mentioned above two methods, the experimental data fitted by the regression technique shows that there is a good corresponding relationship between shear strength and charpy impact value. It is initially considered that the impact toughness of material can be predicted through the shear strength obtained by Micro-Shear test.
