摘要
对冷凝激波管内的水、乙醇蒸汽凝结两相流进行了较深入的理论与实验研究,蒸汽在自发凝结时,伴有潜热释放,气液两相之间产生传质、传热及动量传递,从而存在耦合效应.本文从两相流的基本方程组出发,导出非定常凝结两相流的特征线及其相容方程组,从而对激波管内凝结两相流进行了理论分析及数值计算.在一凝结激波管试验台上分别对水、乙醇、苯3种工质的凝结两相流进行了实验测试,用光测系统对液滴进行光散射测量,并引入先进的FFT分析仪同时记录动态压力与光散射法所反映的凝结量.理论计算与实验结果吻合良好.
A theoretical and experimental investigation of two phase flow with condensation of water, ethanol vapors has been performed in a shock tube in the present paper. Since phase change in spontaneous condensation takes place with latent heat release, and also, with mass, energy and momentum transfer between gas and liquid phase, therefore coupling effects should be considered. Regarding unsteady two phase flow, the characteristic equations and compatibility eqations were derivedq as the basic equations,then,theoretical analysis and numerical calculations have been carried out with water, ethanol and benzene vapors in the shock tube apparatus. An optical measuring system has been used for measurement of light scattering radiated by liquid droplets, and a DF-910 FFT analyzer has been used to record the two signals of pressure waves and scatterting light simultaneously. Computational results have been found to be in good agreement with the experimental ones.
