摘要
设计了一种以框架结构作为电强化所需电晕装置的新型静电旋风除尘器。测定了增设新型电晕减阻框架前后旋风器内气流流场,对这一种框架所产生的显著降阻效果及对分级效率的影响作了分析。在上述实验研究的基础上,通过适当的简化,对新型静电旋风器内的电场分布做了探索性的理论计算,比较了四种不同电晕极匹配下的电场分布特征。研究表明:通过这种方式的电强化可以显著降低旋风除尘器的阻力和提高其除尘效率。
A cage like electrode suitable of application of high vollagc is designed andbuilt into a pilot-scale cyclone. A series of measurements are carried out to explore theflow field characteristics in the tested cyclone with and without the electrode cage fittedrespectively, and corresponding collection efficiency are determind, too. The electro-static field and potential distribution is derived by complex analysis for the cage andcylinder geometry of four distiect cases, and electrostatic field strength uniformity overthe cylinder wall is estimated.
