摘要
研究了20余种有机毒物染料的可生化性及其在生物塘中的处理特性。通过染料耗氧历时曲线和相对耗氧率测定计算,证明了由于染料的难生化性和所具有的抑制特性甚至毒性,导致了其在好氧处理系统中不易处理。通过相对耗氧率的分析,提出了3h和6hR(%)作为染料可生化性定量判别指标的概念。大量模拟生物塘的动、静态试验结果表明,普通氧化塘的染料去除脱色效率低于50%,这与染料的可生化性相一致。通过各类染料在不同类型塘中处理可行性、处理过程机理、动力学及影响因素的分析,证明了生物塘特别是水生植物塘处理染料有机质是一种可行的,经济有效的处理方法。
More than 20 kinds of organic toxicant dyestuff biodegradability and treat-ment characteristics in biological ponds are studied in which the dyestuff biodegradabil-ity is also judged and evaluated with the conception of fixed quantity index R (%) inthree and six hours by R (%) analysis. A great amount of simitative biological pondsbatch and flow test results demonstrate that dyestuff removal and decoloring rate in or-dinary oxidation ponds is below 50% due to its biodegradability, but planting water hy-acinths and algaes in ponds obviously strengthens the removal effect by the coordinateaction of various organism in ponds. According to analysis of different kinds of dyewastewater removal and decoloring feasibility. process. mechanics. kinetics and influencefactors, the feasible, economic and efficient biological treatment methods are providedfor treating organic dyestuff by various types of ponds especially aquatic plants ponds.
