大型玻璃熔窑小炉用烧结AZS材料损毁的研究

摘要 采用化学分析,X射线衍射,光学显微镜,扫描电镜等分析技术,对烧结AZS材料原砖和残砖的化学组成,晶相结构和形貌进行逐层观察分析。并对原砖进行了热处理模拟实验。绘出了小炉砖体的传热曲线,评价了烧结AZS材料的抗热震性能,认为:该烧结AZS材料实质是锆英石—刚玉质耐火材料,Na_2O的侵入,材料结构的质变,服役过程中的烧缩和ZrO_2的t—m相变是引起砖体开裂的基本原因。而换向气流的冲击所造成的热震作用是剥落发生不可缺少的外在因素。 The sintered AZS refractory is studied by means of chemical analyses, x-ray diffeacting analyses, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Heat-treatment simulation test is made. The heat conduction is port is analyzed, and then theheat conduction curve is described by computer, and evatuated for thermat shock resis-tance of the refractory. It is found that the refractory was zircon--coundum material.The permeating diffuse of Na_2O, structural metamorphism of the refractory, thermatshrinkage in service and the t--m phase transition of ZrO_2 are basic reasons of the refrac-tory cracking. Thermat shock and gas flow washing against are essential factors forpeeting.
