摘要
采用生物接触氧化法对碱法草浆黑液厌氧处理后出水进行了处理试验研究。在容积负荷为2.4kg COD_(cr)/m^3·d,气液比为15:1时,去除率为73.4%—78.5%;对两种不同的填料作了对比性试验,结果表明,软性纤维填料的性能优于蜂窝状填料。并根据试验结果,求出了N-L_e关系式。
The discharge water from anaerobic treatment of the black liquor from straw pulp-ing for paper making were further handled by biological contact oxidation in an experi-mental device. Under the volumetric loading and the ratio of A/W being 2.4kg COD_(cr)/m^3·d and 15:1 respectively. The COD removal efficiency achieved by the additional pro-cess was in the range from 73.4% to 78.5%. Two types of the column fillings havebeen tested and the measurements indicate that the operational parformance of the fillingof flexible fibres has advantage over that of the honeycomb filling. An empirical formulaof the N-L_e has been deduced from the experiment results.
