摘要
成品轴承钢球表面的磷化膜一般较粗糙,为此,对含硝酸钡的磷化液在钢球表面获得亮黑色磷化膜的配方进行了试验研究.结果表明,成分为30 g/L Ba(NO3)2,10 g/L Zn(H2PO4)2,15 g/L Zn(NO3)2的磷化液,在磷化温度80~85 ℃,磷化时间10 min的条件下可在钢球表面获得膜厚为2 μm的亮黑色磷化膜,膜层抗CuSO4点蚀时间大于2 min.
The phosphating coatings prepared on the surface of bearing steel ball are usually rough. Therefore, it is imperative to modify the phosphating process for the bearing steel ball so as to obtain bright black phosphating coating thereon. Thus efforts were made to develop the (Ba(NO_3)_2) containing phosphating formula for the preparation of bright black coating on steel ball. The results indicated that it was feasible to prepare a bright black coating of 2 μm thick on the steel surface, making use of the phosphating at 80~85 ℃ for 10 min, in the solution consisting of 30 g/L Ba(NO_3)_2, 10 g/L (Zn(H_2PO_4)_2), and 15 g/L Zn(NO_3)_2. The resulting coating had fine crystalline structure, compact appearance, and good pitting corrosion resistance.
