摘要
综述了近年来国外镁及其合金表面防护性涂层的研究进展,其中包括化学转化涂层、阳极氧化膜层、镀层(电镀、化学镀)、扩散膜层、激光表面合金改性层、气相沉积层及有机涂层等在镁合金基体上的应用情况,分析了其各自的利弊,并对镁合金表面防护技术的发展方向进行了展望。
Magnesium and its alloys are ideal structural metallic materials for automotive and aerospace applications due to their excellent properties. However, their applications have been limited by the highly susceptibility to corrosion of magnesium and it alloys. Fortunately, such corrosion of the Mg and its alloys can be readily retarded or avoided by forming a protective coating on the Mg based substrates. Thus a review was given on the recent research progress of the protective coatings for Mg based substrates. The anodizing film, chemical conversion coating, plating (electroplating and electroless plating), diffusion coating, gas phase deposition, laser surface alloying, and organic coating were highlighted with a view to their applicability in the protection of Mg based substrates. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned processes were analyzed, and the development trend of the protective technologies for Mg and its alloys were prospected.
