摘要 在试验室内对电镀、制革和采矿等工业中产生的大量含Pb2+废水用废弃碳黑泥进行了吸附处理,考察了吸附时间、初始pH值和Pb2+初始浓度对吸附反应的影响。结果表明,碳黑泥对Pb2+具有较强的吸附能力,pH值是影响吸附的主要因素,在pH≥5的弱酸性到中性溶液中碳黑泥对Pb2+的吸附性能较佳。Pb2+吸附的最初速率与浓度符合一级反应动力学;在稀溶液中吸附Pb2+基本符合Langmuir模型。还探讨了吸Pb2+碳黑泥回收铅的可行性。 The reaction kinetics of carbon black slurry (CBS) for the adsorption of Pb^(2+) ion in wastewater from electroplating, tannery, and mining industries was studied under static condition. The effects of the adsorption time, initial pH value, and initial Pb^(2+) ion concentration on the adsorption volume were investigated. Moreover, the feasibility to recover the Pb^(2+) ion by the present method was explored. The results showed that CBS had good adsorption capability to the Pb^(2+), and the pH value had predominant effect on the adsorption. The CBS had better adsorption to the Pb^(2+) ion in weak acidic (pH≥5) and neutral solutions than in other solutions. The initial adsorption rate and Pb^(2+ )concentration obeyed the first order reaction dynamics, while the adsorption of Pb^(2+) in dilute solutions conformed to Langmuir’s model. At the same time, it could be feasible in engineering to recover Pb making use of the efficient adsorption of Pb^(2+) by CBS.
