摘要
应用两类标准诊断杂交,对我国西北地区9个地方黑腹果蝇群体的P因子活性和细胞型调控能力进行了测定。结果表明:这些群体皆为缺乏P因子活性的M'品系;其细胞型调控能力呈现出中部地区高,东、西两边低的地理分布。对该地区自然群体和实验室保存的品系不同年份的测定发现:P因子活性不变,细胞型调控能力表现出在自然群体中上升,而在实验室品系中下降的相反方向的变化。但未发现类型的转变。本文讨论了这种变化的可能机理和意义。
P element activity and cytotype regulatory ablity of Drosophila melanogaster strains from nine populations in northwestern China were measured by two standard diagnostic crosses (A and A'). No P element activity for inducing GD sterility was revealed in all the populations. But the cytotype regulatory ability was different, weak in the east and west populations, strong in the middle ones. All the populations were M' strains. The tests in different years showed that the P element activity in both nature and laboratory remained not chansed over seven years, However, the cytotype regulatory abiity incresed in all the natural populations and decreased in the laboratory strains from the natural popualtions. No type changes were found. The cause and significance of the occurrece are discussed
