摘要
江苏省10多年的太湖治理取得了很大成就,但随着江苏省太湖地区工业化、城市化、现代化步伐的进一步加快,太湖流域的水利现状与区域经济快速发展的需求还存在着明显的不适应、不协调、不和谐,比如,防洪排涝标准低,水污染问题严重,流域治理与区域治理不协调等,严重制约了江苏省太湖流域经济的发展。因此,新一轮太湖治理任务艰巨,必须在科学发展观指导下,切实解决发展进程中出现的各种新的水问题。
Taihu Basin Harness in the last decade has made great achievements in the Jiangsu Province. However,problems are exited,such as low standard of flood control,severe water pollution and no coordination between basin development plans and regional plans,which have restricted the economic development in the Province. Along with fast development of industrialization,urbanization and modernization of the Taihu Basin areas,new round of Taihu Basin harness will face a big challenge. A scientific development view must be followed as we encounter varies new water issues.
