摘要
叙述了用直接犍合法将一种碳菁染料键合于抛光的单晶硅表面,并对其进行了激光拉曼光谱、XPS分析。结果表明,预想结构的染料已键合于单晶硅表面。同时,还测定了由键合染料硅片制成的In/染料/n-Si多层结构器件的光谱响应,发现该器件具有光生伏特效应,其光谱响应曲线出现了与单体染料λ_(max)(甲醇中)相对应的峰值。
A method of one trimethincynine dye bound directly on the chemipolished surface of monocrystalline silicon was recounted, and the mono--crystalline silicon surface bound dye was examined by laser Raman spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). The results show that the expecting dye has been bound to the surface of monocrystalline silicon. Meanwhile, the spectral resposive curve of In/dye / n-Si multilayer device made of silicon wafers bound dye was measured, the photovoltaic effect was observed, and the response conresponding to the dye maxi--absorption peaks appeared in the spectral responsive curves.
