摘要 论述了接触热阻在机械工程和机床研究中的应用;把接触突峰简化为圆锥接触模型,给出了计算单点接触热阻的新公式;在分析机械加工表面微观形状和接触变形的基础上,推出了计算多点接触热阻的理论算法;对所提出的算法进行了实验验证。 The application of thermal contact resistance in the mechanical engineering and the design of machine tools is discussed. Simplifying the contact peaks on the machined surfaces into truncated cones, the author proposes a new formula for calculating the singlepoint thermal contact resistance. Through analysing the micro-features and the contact deformation of the machined surfaces, a theoretical algorithm for computing the multi-point thermal contact resistance is developed. The formula and the algorithm given in this paper have been verified experimentally.
