摘要
根据汉中盆地自然地理因素与16个雨量站和12个水文站的资料,分析了汉中盆地枯水资源的形成条件和基本特征,运用相关分析来预报枯季径流。针对枯水资源存在的问题,提出了发展水源涵养林,绿化荒山荒坡,修建蓄水工程,提高调蓄径流的能力,增加枯水流量,加强水资源管理,实行计划用水,改进灌水技术,防止渠道渗漏和水源污染,充分利用枯水资源等对策。
Based on the natural geographical factors, the data of sixteen precipitation sites and twelve hydrology sites, the authors analyzed the forming conditions and basic features of low water resource in Hanzhong basin, forecasted the runoff during low water season through correlative analysis. To salve the problems of low water resource, the authors put forward the following countermeasures, devoloping forest for erosion control, afforest barren hills and slops, reconstructing water conservancy projects to promote the capability of runoff regulation increasing the water amount during low water seasons, strengthening the management and planning on water resource, improving the techniques of irrigation and protecting water from canal leak and pollution so as to make full use of low water resources.
