摘要
钙钛矿及尖晶石型化合物是两种不同结构的新型半导体光催化材料,具有可见光利用率高、光催化效率高的特点,在处理污水、净化空气等方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文分别介绍了这两类材料的光催化机理、结构特点以及在光催化领域的研究进展,并指出需要进一步研究的内容。
Perovskite oxides and spinel oxides are new semiconductor photocatalysts with different structure.They have characteristics of high photo utilization ratio and high photocatalytic efficiency.They have an attractive perspective application in waste water treatment and air purification.Their photocatalytic mechanism,structure characteristic and researches in the photocatalytic fields are described and the development trend of this technology is also predicted.
