摘要
使用国产中性氧化铝经磨细、沉降筛选后可以制备成高效液体色谱柱;对苯、萘、苊及菲等化合物的分离度可以用氧化铝的含水量来控制。为克服长期存在的氧化铝色谱柱寿命短、活性易变的缺点,实验测定了不同溶剂中含水量与氧化铝含水的等温吸附曲线;并在此基础上,采用等水溶剂阶梯梯度洗脱法,可以良好地分离不同环数的芳烃,并保持柱性能长期不变。
HPLC alumina columns were preparedwith neutral alumina after grinding andfloatation separation Separation of benzene,naphthalene acenaphthene and phenant-hrene can be adjusted by controlling thewater content of alumina. The problemusually encountered with HPLC aluminacolumn is the variation of retention aftercertain amount of solvent is passedthrough, especially in case of gradientelution. In this paper, adsorption isothermwas determined for water in both hexaneand dichloromethane with alumina. According tothe isotherm, stepwise program with isohydricsolvents was used. Aromatic model compoundswith different ring number were resolved, andthe change in retention of each compound couldbe maintained within 1% after three months ofroutine operation.
