摘要
目的用99TcmO4-动态显像定量分析评价腮腺的分泌排泄功能。方法正常健康者44例静脉注射显像剂99TcmO4-后15min摄腮腺左侧位和右侧位相,之后立即口含维生素C片0.2g5min再摄与15min时相同体位,将所得的图像通过计算机感兴趣区(ROI)摄取计数处理,计算腮腺15min摄取率和口含维生素C片5min后排泄率(百分率表示)。结果44例正常人腮腺排泄率为(41.2±15.9)%;摄取率计数法(0.23±0.09)%、面积法为(0.24±0.10)%。其结果呈显著正相关(r=0.90)。结论腮腺99TcmO4-动态显像定量分析,较准确地反应腮腺的功能状态。
Objective:To evaluate Parotid secretion and excretion functions by the quantitative analysis of ~~99 T_cmO_4- dynamic imaging.Methods:185MBq ~ ~99 T_cmO_4-was injected into the veins of 44 healthy persons,and the left lateral and right lateral images of parotid were acquired 15 minutes after the injection,then, 0.2 g Vitamin C was immediately used under tongue,and 5 minutes later,the same images were aquired too. The absorb counts of the regions of interest (ROI) of parotids images were computed. The taking rate and excretion rate (percent represent) of salivary gland were calculated.Results:The parotid excretion rate of 44 healthy persons was (41.2±15.9)%. Taking rate of alivary gland with counts and areas methods were (0.23±0.09)% and (0.24±0.10 )%,respectively.Significant correlationwas found (r=0.90).Conclusions:The quantitative analysis of parotid function with ~ ~99 T_cmO_4-dynamic imaging could fairly accurately reflect the function of parotid, so the clinical practical value of the analysis was fairly high for evaluating the function of parotid.
