肺曲菌病的影像学特点

Imaging Features of Aspergillum

目的 探讨肺曲菌病胸部X线及CT改变。方法 回顾性分析 13例肺曲霉菌感染的胸部动态X线摄片及CT表现和特点。结果 影像学表现多样化 ,其中 6例支气管肺炎型 ,3例中上肺发现有曲菌球 ,菌球在空腔内位置随体位改变可移动 ;3例两肺呈播散性病灶 ,黏液嵌塞 1例。结论 肺曲菌病影像学具有多形性和多变性特点 ,本组以支气管肺炎型多见。影像学诊断强调动态追踪 。

Objective To study imaging features of X-ray and CT.Methods The imaging findings and features of 13 cases with aspergillum were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnosis in all cases were confirmed by clinical findings and laboratony exams.Results The imaging findings were diversify.Lesion similar to bronchopneumonia were seen in 6 cases ; fuagal ball with in upper and middle lung field,which was movable with in a semilunar cavity , were found in 3 cases ; disseminated focus in both lung fields were seen in 3 cases , and mucus impaction in only 1 case.Conclusion Diversity and variability are imaging features of aspergillum.Needed to connect imaging with clinical findings.
