摘要
根据椭圆齿轮节曲线和轮齿分布的特点,利用绘图软件作为辅助设计工具,具体阐述了椭圆齿轮的三维特征的创建过程。完整地再现了零件的实体模型特征,并为进一步进行有限元分析、计算机模拟刀具轨迹的生成和数控加工,奠定了基础。
According to the characteristics of elliptical gears pitch curves and tooth distribution, the drawing software is used as an aided design tool, the 3D feature's creation process of elliptical gears is expounded in detail. The solid model features of parts are reproduced sufficiently and the foundation of further finite element analysis, the formation of computer simulation tools trace and numerical control machining are provided.
