基于DSP的电磁无损检测技术

Study of the ENDT Technique Based on DSP

针对钢铁电磁无损检测中某些特殊钢铁材质检测结果不理想的情况,根据初始磁导率原理,提出了铸铁裂纹的电磁无损检测试验装置设计方案。试验表明,采用DSP检测方法效果较好。

The design project of the cast-iron crack of ENDT (Electronic Non-Destructive Testing) is put forward, according to the rule of magnetic permeability testing. The approach is mainly aimed at the unideal result in some and special work. Tests show that the methods of testing based on DSP have the better result.
