On Increasing Flexibility of Housing Space Constructed by Brick and Reinforced Concrete

当前我国的砖混住宅模式由于开间小、户内空间分隔不灵活,已不适应现代人的生活习惯,通过对其缺点的分析,提出一种新住宅模式,以求满足居住者的不同需求。

Due to small bay and not so flexibility in dividing, the current housing mode formed in China couldn't be accommodated to the life custom of contemporary people. To satisfy various necessities of residents, through analyzing the contradiction, the paper proposes a new type of housing mode.
