摘要
通过二年间的田间试验证明:桑树单株的枝条总长度和侵入侧根的线虫数量是影响桑叶产量的主要因素。由于气候条件的差异,在解剖虫量相等时,多雨年份造成春桑叶的损失较小;雨水偏少年份春桑叶的损失较大。进行化学防治时,防治指标以每克根解剖虫效60~90个为宜。盆栽试验证明:每盆接100个卵时,即可影响桑苗的正常生长;接虫量达1500个以上卵时,第20d叶面积明显变小,植株高度、重量及根重受到抑制,并且根部根结呈现较早。
The yield of mulberry leaves were influenced by the total branch length per tree and the number of Meloidogyne arenaria in root system. The mulberry leaves may be unequal in different years because of weather conditions even if the number of nematode is equal. The EIL (E-conomic Injure Level) is 60-90 nematodes per gram root. Plant growth may be inhibited when 100 eggs are inoculated per pot,and the mulberry tree grows extremely slow down after 20 days when 1500 eggs are inoculated.
