Experimental Report on Embryo Transfer of Luxi Yellow Cattle

选择63头鲁西黄牛作受体牛进行胚胎移植,经两次同期发情处理,发情率分别为84.1%和82.5%;34头牛可移植,占同期发情处理牛的54.0%;有13头牛受胎,移植成功率为38.2%。

Sixty three Luxi Yellow cattle were chosen as receptor for embryo transplantation. After the cattle were treated twice for synchronizing estrus, estrus percentage arrived 84.1%and 82.5% respectively. Of those, 34 cattle were transplanted. The transplantable percentage was 54.0%. 13 cattle were pregnant. The success percentage of transplantation arrived 38.2%.
