Occyte maturation culture technology in vitro is one of the main contents in modern biotechnology. In order to increase the maturation ratio of occyte culture in vitro and further understand its mechanism, a great deal of works has been done for many years to identify the factors which influence the occyte maturation in vitro. This paper summarized the related factors influencing occyte maturation in vitro and discussed their mechanisms.
