摘要 用液体培养的方法研究了白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)不同世代的胞外蛋白酶产酶水平与其毒力关系。结果发现,B.bassiana各世代在明胶和虫尸粉两种液体培养基中均表现出随着继代移殖次数的增加胞外蛋白酶产酶水平依次降低的趋势,但同一世代在虫尸粉培养基中的产酶量显著高于明胶培养基中的产酶量。各世代在两种培养基中的产酶方式也不完全相同。各世代对马尾松毛虫的毒力也表现出了随继代数增加而减弱的趋势。 Determines the virulence of extracellular protease of B. bassiana. in different generations in liquid culture medium. The production of extracellular protease of B. bassiana reduced with successive generations either in gelatin or in D. punctatus cadaver powder medium. The virulence of B. bassiana on Dendrolimus punctatus also reduced with successive generations. However, the activity of protease in cadaver powder medium was markedly higher than that in gelatin, and the protease producing in 2 cultures were different.
