绿豆芽细胞中游离5′-UMP等的反相液相色谱分析

Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography of Some Free Nuceleoside-5'-Monophos-phates in Sprout of Lentil

生物体细胞中的游离核苷酸具有极其重要的生理功能,若干年来对它们的研究一直相当活跃。近几年,国外有人用离子交换色谱分离分析植物种子、叶片、块茎等组织中的核苷酸或核苷酸糖,取得了令人满意的结果。本文采用反相色谱,利用单核苷酸在结构和在不同pH值范围其pK值的差异,通过控制pH实现它们之间的分离。初步实验表明,在绿豆芽的细胞中,可能至少存在5′-UMP等若干种游离核苷酸。

A reversed-phase liquid chromatographic method for the analysis of free nucleotides (uri-dine-5'-monophosphate etc.) from sprout of lentil is described- It has been shown that some free nuceleo tides such as 5'-UMP, 5'-GMP and 5'-AMP exist in the cells of sprout of lentil.The method for the treatment of sprout of lentil and the optimum chromatographic conditions for separation of nuceleotides are discussed.
