摘要
从西安的实际出发 ,西安的发展应遵循这样的基本原则 :重视历史文化资源的挖掘 ,超越历史传统的局限 ,以高科技发展带动西安的现代化建设。然而我们对文化建设在西安社会发展中的战略地位还缺乏足够的认识 ,对历史文化资源的挖掘与西安现代文明的建设做得也极为不够。从文化角度来看 ,建设西安 ,要注重新型西安文化的构筑 ,增加古都旅游的文化含量 。
Looking from the angle of culture, Xi'an's development should abide by such basic principles as follows: attach great importance to the excavation of historical cultural resources, exceed the limitation of historical tradition, promote Xi'an's modern construction with the development of higher science and technology. To construct Xi'an, we must lay stress on Xi'an's modern cultural construction, increase cultural content of tourism of the ancient capital and open up a market of Xi'an's cultural produces.
