摘要
PDC无心钻头结构复杂、变化很大,切削齿横向前角和覆盖系数是影响钻头钻进性能的两个重要结构参数。在严格定义了这两个结构参数并给出计算公式的基础上,通过先进的微机控制实钻实验台试验研究了这两个结构参数与钻头钻进性能的关系,得出了在一定条件下的最优横向前角、最优覆盖系数及其变化规律;并通过野外现场钻进证实了室内研究结果的可靠性。研究结果对于指导PDC钻头优化设计有着重要意义。
On the basis of given formula and strictly defined cross rake angle and cover coeffient, two important structure parameters which can affect bit drilling property, through advanced computer-controlled platform experiment, the authors study bit drilling property and its ralationship with two parameters, the optimized cross rake angle, cover coeffient as well as their change pattern, under given conditions, has been obtained. The indoor results which is significant for the optimizing design of PDC bit has been proved reliable in the field drilling.
