摘要
提出了一种新型的基于半导体制冷的小型恒温控制系统,该系统利用专用控制芯片MAX1978 对半导体制冷进行闭环自动控制。室温环境下,控制温度范围为 10℃~45℃,精度可达 0.1℃。系统具有速度快、精度高、无转动部件等优点,为提高光纤陀螺惯导系统温度稳定性、迅速达到稳定工作状态提供了一种实用方法,也为类似的温度控制系统提供了有益的参考。
In this paper, a new constant temperature control system is set up based on the semiconductor cooler. The close-loop self-controlling system is designed with the help of a integrated temperature controller for Peltier modulus, the controller is MAX1978. At room temperature, the temperature control scope is about 10℃-45℃, the precision of temperature is 0.1℃. This system is fast in control speed and accurate in control precision, it also has no active component. It provides an applied method in improving the stability of laser gyroscope and in reaching the steady state quickly. It also offers a beneficial reference to similar temperature control systems.
