退偏光纤陀螺研究

Research on Depolarized Fiber Optic Gyro

为了满足低精度光纤陀螺应用需要,采用退偏技术的光纤陀螺是一种比较适合的方案。阐述了光纤退偏器的基本原理,给出了退偏器选取的最佳方案,并通过退偏器在光纤陀螺中的具体应用说明了出其优越性。

To meet the application of low accuracy FOG, depolarization is a suitable method. In this paper, the theories of fiber optic depolarizer are presented. The depolarizer is applied to the FOG, and some principles are given to choose the depolarizer. The results of the experiments are also illustrated, which approve the great advantages of the application of depolarizer to the FOG.
