摘要
1991~1992年通过对35份大白菜胞质雄性不育系Cms3411—7配制的杂种一代花期雄蕊育性的系统观察,发现具有恢复能力的材料9份,其中完全恢复材料5份;具有保持能力的材料15份,高保持的材料7份;10份材料处于半保持半恢复状态;1份材料的杂种一代不育株、可育株呈1:1分离。并发现不同组合不仅存在育性分离,而且存在环境敏感性。
35 hybrids F_1 breeded with Cms3411—7—alloplasmic male sterile line of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. SSp, Pekinesis (Lour) Olsson) were observed for stamenta fertile systematically in 1991~1992. It is found that there are nine hybrids having restoring ability, and in which, whole restoring hybrids are five; fifteen hybrids having maintenance ability, Seven of them having high maintenance ability; ten hybrids remaining in half restoration and half maintenance; One hybrid segrating fertilie plant and sterile plant at 1:1 proporation. It also be found that there are different fertile segratios and different surrounding susceptability in different hybrids.
