E-learning Changes Future——Dialogue between Huang Bo, CEO of PRCEDU and Our Executive Chief Editor

2004年，随着网络教育技术和服务模式的发展，网络教育继续深入人心，甚至扩展到偏远农村和社会弱势群体，使普通农民和残疾人士也得到了接受高等教育的机会，令网络教育的受益人群范围进一步扩大，收到了良好的社会效益。2004年也是“调整之年”，特别是在远程教育政策方面的调整，和对校外学习中心的规范管理，一度使今年的高校网院招生数量下滑，引起业内人士的广泛关注。

Are there any changes in online education field in 2004? Will these changes cause influence on the developing online education? What's the enchantment of online education? Our Executive Chief Editor Xia Weifeng paid a special visit at the end of the year to the PRCEDU, the online education pioneer who is the first online education professional company committing itself to education for all and held a dialogue with its CEO, Huang Bo. In Dec. of 2004 PRCEDU has finished a new round of financing and got a venture investment over $ 100 millions. PRCEDU successfully introduced McGraw Hill Company, an American company of the world top 500, as its strategic invester by this financing which lays a firm foundation for PRCEDU to introduce excellent foreign education resources.
