Community also should carry out pharmaceutical care

目的:调查社区居民家中备用药的保管和使用情况。方法:向社区居民发放家庭备用药自查表90份,收到有效表 78份。调查内容包括有无家庭备用药;有无固定容器放置,是否避光、避热、避潮,是否放在儿童拿不到的地方,是否定期清理 药品,是否存有无用法的药,有无过期药;备用药的种类;备用药来源和用法指导;比较不同文化程度的家庭备用药保管情况。 结果:94.9%的家庭有备用药。有专用容器放置的占21.6%,注意避光、避热、避潮的家庭占29.7%,放在儿童拿不到的地方占 28.4%。51.4%的家庭定期清理药品,不清理的家庭占31.1%。存有未标明有效期的药品的家庭占68.9%,存有无用法的药的 家庭占74.3%,52.7%的家庭有过期药。备用药以感冒药(89.2%)和抗生素(77.0%)居多。87.8%的居民根据医师介绍用药, 有药师指导的仅6.76%。文化程度高的家庭对药品的保管较文化程度相对低的家庭要好。结论:居民对家庭备用药的保管和 使用存在一定问题,社区也应开展药学服务。

Objective : To survey how to store and take drugs at home. Methods :Ninety selfchecking questionary forms were sent to the community families. The contents of the questionnaires included: whether the families had drugs at home; whether the drugs were stored in fixed containers; whether the drugs were kept from light, hot and wet; whether the drugs were placed out of reach of children; whether the drugs were checked up periodically; whether there were drugs without usage direction and outdated drugs. The varieties, sources of drugs at home were also inquired. The differences between families with different educational backgrounds were compared. Results: Of 78 families completing the questionnaires,74 (94.9%) had drugs in reserve, 16(21. 6%) had fixed containers for storing the drugs, 22(29. 7%) kept the drugs away from light, hot and wet , 21(28.4%) placed the drugs out of reach of children, 38(51.4%) periodically checked up the drugs, 23 (31.1%) never checked up the drugs, 51 (68. 9%) had drugs without indicating the expiration date, 55( 74.3%) had drugs without usage direction and 39(52. 7%) had outdated drugs. About 87. 8% of the families took drugs according to the advice of the doctor, and 5 families were guided by the pharmacist (6. 76%).The families with high educational background stored the drugs more optimally than those with low educational background did ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The community should carry out the pharmaceutical care.
