环鸟苷酸对山羊泌乳的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分析了不同产乳量健康奶山羊乳中环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、核糖核酸(RNA)的含量及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性及其与产乳量的关系。结果表明,乳中cGMP和RNA的含量均与产乳量显著相关(p<0.05),G-6-PDH的活性与产乳量极显著相关(p<0.01);高产羊与低产羊乳中cGMP含量存在显著差异(p<0.05)。因此认为,cGMP有促进乳生成作用,其作用途径之一可能是:cGMP一方面通过促进RNA的合成,使G-6-PDH的含量增加,另一方面通过cGMP蛋白激酶的磷酸化作用,使G-6-PDH的活性提高,从而加速乳成分的合成代谢,实现促进生乳作用。 Twelve healthy milking goats were divided into two groups of 6 each. In group I,the total milk yield of every goat was more than 350 kg for 90 days, and in group Ⅱ less than 350 kg. The concentration of milk cGMP, RNA and the activity of milk G-6-PDH were determined using RNA, Orcinol reaction and Co Ⅱ reduction respectively. The results showed that milk cGMP, RNA concentrations and milk G-6-PDH activity were correlated with milk yield (p<0.5 and p<0.01) for both of the two groups. The milk cGMP concentration in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ (p<0.01). Thus, it is infered that the cGMP promoted lactogenesis. On the one hand, cGMP promoted RNA synthesis, increasing G-6-PDH content; on the other hand, elevated G-6-PDH activity by cGMP-PK phosphoylation. Therefore, synthesis metabolism of milk component was enhanced.
