快速干旱下钾对玉米叶片光合作用的影响 被引量:9

摘要 用离体干燥的方法,研究了快速干旱条件下钾对玉米叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明,施钾可明显改善叶肉细胞的光合活性,延缓光合机构受干旱损伤的时间和程度,提高气孔对CO_2的导性,增强气孔的调节能力,减少蒸腾失水,显著提高玉米的水分利用效率。 Effects of potassium on photosynthesis in corn leaves were studied using method of quick drying of detached leaves, under rapid drought. The results indicated that potassium could greatly improve photosynthetic activity of mesophyllous cell, delay the time and degree of photosynthetic apparatus destroied by drought, add stomatal CO_2 conductance, enhance stomatal adjustment capacity, lessen loss of water by transpiration and raise water use efficiency in corn.
