摘要
研究结果:①PP333诱导芦笋芽苗生根的效果与嘧啶醇近似,二者的生根率分别为85.0%和86.7%;PP333诱导芽苗生根的最佳浓度为1.0mg/l;②茎切段在含PP333的培养基上诱导生根后,及时转培于无激素培养基是培养易移栽试管苗的基本技术程序;③将芦笋试管苗置5~10klx光强下闭瓶炼苗7~10天后,直接移栽于含黄绵土和细沙各50%的苗床,上覆塑料薄膜拱棚,平均移栽成活率为85%。
The main results of the study on superior male clone propagation of Asparagus in vitro are as follows:
1 Rooting effects of Asparagus shoots with PP333 was as similar as Ancymidol. The rooting rate was 85.0% with PP333 and 86.7% with Ancymidol respectively.
2 Transferring culture for rooted plantlets of Asparagus from medium with hormone to one without hormone is an effective procedure for producing plantlets easy to transplanting. 3 Average survival rate of transplanting plantlets of Asparagus was 85.0%, when the acclimatization was under 5~10klx for 7~10 days before transplanting to seedbed with fine sand and yellow cotton soil (1:1), 25cm thick coverd with plastic arch shed.
