摘要
目的 研究超声乳化过程中 ,应用不同粘弹剂对角膜内皮细胞的影响 ,并作对比分析。方法 7只纯种日本大耳白兔 ,随机抽出 1只兔 2只眼制成正常角膜内皮电镜切片 ,其余分为两组 :AmviscPlus组和海诺特组 ,双眼行超声乳化术 ,用接触性角膜内皮显微镜分别观察术前和术后即时角膜内皮细胞密度 ,并在透射电镜下观察正常和术后即时角膜内皮细胞超微结构的变化。结果 术后即时内皮细胞损失率 ,AmviscPlus组 8 85 % ,海诺特组 9 2 3% ,两组内皮细胞密度分别与术前相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而两组间内皮细胞损失率无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。术后即时角膜中央 1mm区域内取材的透射电镜切片示两者的内皮变化无明显差异。结论 两种不同的粘弹剂在超声乳化术中对角膜内皮细胞均具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To contrast the influrence of two viscoelastic substances on corneal endothelium during phacoemulsification. Methods Seven rabbits were chosen randomly.The two corneas(one rabbit)were made the normal EM thin sections,the others were divided into 2 groups.Each rabbit's two eyes were performed the phacoemulsification.Contact specular microscope was used to evaluate the endothelial cell density right before and after operation.The thin sections of cornea were observed by electron microscope just after operation. Results There were obvious cell density reduced compared with before operation(P<0.05),but there were not statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The cornea's changes were not different significantly just after operation.Conclusions The protective effect of two viscoelastic substances on corneal endothelium during phacoemulsification was accordant and effective.
