酿酒葡萄成熟度与主要气象因子关系研究 被引量:19

摘要 在陕西丹凤县气候条件下研究了气象因子与葡萄成熟度的关系。结果表明,不同年分葡萄的成熟度存在极显著差异;生长期中的光照时数、昼夜温差和有效积温与葡萄成熟度无显著相关;降水量与中晚熟品种成熟度显著相关;有效积温与降水量比值(T/P)与成熟度显著相关。 The relationship between the main climatologic factors and the maturity of grapevine was studied with 4 cultivars for successively 5 years under the climatologic condtions in Dan feng county of Shaanxi. The results showed that both the main climatologic factors and the maturity of grapevine were highly different every year. But the duration of insolation and the sum of temperature difference between day and niqht ,as well as the sum of active temperature (=10℃) had no significant correlation with the maturity ,while the precipitation had significant negative correlationwith the maturity of the middle and late cultivars, Only the T/P(ratio of the sum of active temperature to the precipitation)was significantly correlated with the maturity of all the cultivars studied.
