染料木素对白血病K562细胞增殖影响的实验研究

The Experimental Study of K562 Cell Multiplication by the Effect of Genistein

目的 研究染料木素对K5 6 2细胞增殖的影响。方法 K5 6 2细胞经染料木素处理 1、 3、 5d后 ,应用MTT、3 H -TDR掺入法检测其增殖情况。结果 MTT和3 H -TDR掺入法检测发现 ,不同浓度 (1、 5、 10 μg/ml)的染料木素对K5 6 2细胞均能产生抑制作用 ,且随浓度的增加抑制更明显 ,在相同浓度组中 ,抑制效果随作用时间的延长而加强。结论 染料木素能够抑制K5 6 2细胞增殖。

Objective To explore the multiplication of K562 cells by the effect of genistein. Methods The multiplication of K562 cells was observed after the effect of genistein for 1,3 and 5 days using MTT and 3H-TDR intermingle method.Results the K562 cell was restrained by the genistein of 1,5,10 μg/ml and the restraining effect was distinctly increased from 1 μg/ml to 10 μg/ml .In the same concentration group, the longer time, the more distinctive restraining effect. Conclusions Genistein can restrain the multiplication of K562 cell.
