The paper roports some exceptional casus in the sexual reproduction of Panicum miliaceum L. (broomcorn millet), such as the abortion of pollen, the equal division of microspore, two-celled archesporium in the ovule, the egg apparatus containing two egg cells, the egg cell looking like the synergid, the double embryo sac in an ovule, the three nuclei zygote and the single fertilization with syngamy only.
