摘要
采用陶瓷微滤膜错流方式进行了中药复方水提液过滤澄清,以初始通量与稳定通量变化的百分率表征膜的污染程度,考察了操作压力、温度、雷诺数等工艺参数对膜污染速度的影响,同时对限制无机膜应用的污染防治问题进行了详细研究.结果表明,操作参数选择在:操作压力0.1~0.2MPa、温度在40~100℃、雷诺数在1800~2500可有效减缓该煎剂对膜管的污染,用NaOH或热水逆向反冲洗膜可解决膜污染,是解决中药污染较好的方法.
Prevention and cleansing of ceramic membrane fouling in clarification of traditional chinese medicine extract were studied.The influence of operating pressure,temperature,and Reynolds number (Re) on membrane fouling was discussed.The experimental results showed that membrane fouling can be reduced effectively by using crossflow microfiltration,and at pressure of 0.1~0.2 MPa,temperature of 40~100 ℃,and Re of 1 880~(2 500.)Backflushing with hot water was demonstrated as a very effective method for membrane cleansing in clarification of traditional chinese medicine extract.
